All of your Back-to-School paperwork for PTA has been consolidated into a paperless and painless packet of forms that you can complete on this website. Click the Back-to-School Packet button below to login, update your contact information, and complete your packet.

ALLEN ISD VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Volunteers who work with AISD student groups and organizations will need to complete a volunteer application. These groups include, but are not limited to, PTA organizations, booster clubs, cheerleading squads, dance squads (athletic and fine arts) and any other AISD student organizations where adults will be working with students other than their own children at AISD sponsored events. 

 

  


School Supply Fee

Curtis Middle School charges a $30 supply fee for every student. Please make payment for the fee using School Pay or by electronic check or by check or cash at meet the teacher night. When using the School Pay option, please include your students name on the payment page. Your check should be made out to Curtis Middle School and include your DL# and phone#. You may bring your check payment to “Meet the Teacher” night on August 7.

 

The first day of school your student needs to bring their own paper, pens and pencils and continue to supply those during the year.

 

Parents do not need to buy school supplies, just pay the $30 fee. Special projects throughout the year may require specific supplies that students will be required to provide.
